Zhanna Kelley Osika is a highly experienced US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 16 years of professional practice. The CPA designation is the highest credential in the accounting profession in the United States and allows Zhanna to represent clients before tax authorities across all US states.
Zhanna works with a wide range of clients — from individuals and startups to corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, trusts, and estates. Her expertise covers tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, audits, and complex compliance matters.

Her career includes senior roles at global consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, where she worked on high-level audit and tax engagements.
She has also led internal audit and compliance functions at many of New York City’s major healthcare institutions, including: NewYork-Presbyterian, Mount Sinai, St. Luke’s–Roosevelt, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery, NYC Health + Hospitals, and SUNY Downstate.
In addition, Zhanna worked with major US health insurance companies such as Affinity Health Plan and Molina Healthcare, gaining deep experience in regulated industries.
